And it has even snowed as much as 16 inches in January in Las Vegas, although there hasn't been a month with more than 2 inches since 1979.

It would seem that Spring and Fall would be best for most people who enjoy outdoor activities like golf and tennis, Summer is for pure sun and heat worshippers, and Winter, while not perfect, is still better than most of the United States for weather.
